More than likely you will need to replace the battery - they dont recover well from sitting dead - they sulfate and the plates break down. I would wait several hours before checking it or try to get rid of the surface charge by turning on the lights on for a few minutes when the engine is off, turn them off, shut the doors for several mins (no load, no lights on, MMI fully shut down) and then check it.
