You should also think about what maps each game has, as large maps aren't much enjoyable with 4 players. I'd say MW3 would be the best, maps tend to be smaller and fast paced, plus there are a couple of free DLC maps (Erosion and Aground) which are specifically designed for 4 players. Both 3arc games have Nuketown which is also a good small map Black Ops 3 just finished installing all of the modes (Zombies>Multiplayer>Campaign), but when I try to play Zombies split-screen, it just says that Split-Screen is disabled for this mode. No you don't have to be online to play campaign split screen. I have done offline split screen campaign with my partner already. There are 2 options you can select in the main menu, local and online. If you pick local, you can still split screen campaign. Only thing is, in local you have to level up again because it is seperate from online

Yes it has split screen local Coop for both campaign, zombies, and multiplayer. I played local coop on split screen via steam link with my girlfriend for several hours last night and it worked perfect. good to know.
